Three Week Course on Monotype Printing with Rubber City Prints – $75
Saturdays – June 21st, June 28th, & July 5th // 2pm-4pm.
Over the course of three days, participants will explore the printmaking process using the monotype method. Using inks, a brayer, and other materials for inking, participants will create a work of art on paper by transferring the created image from the matrix using an etching press. During the class participants will learn ways to create line, texture and colors for printing in relief. We will invite participants to make a “class” print where all participants add something to create a final image. (*Scholarships available for eligible applicants. See below.)
