The Library is partnering with Summit County Department of Job and Family Services to provide on-site office hours at the library, where you may meet one-on-one with a case manager. The case manager is available from 12-4 on the first Tuesday of the month to assist with:
- Applying for, renewing cash, food or medical assistance
- Case or eligibility questions
- Scanning documents and verifications
- Making copies (e.g. birth certificates, Social Security cards, pay stubs, and other legal documents)
- Benefit issuance history
- Resources and more
