Apply to be a DORA Location
Application to be a designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) within the City of Barberton DORA boundaries and/or a temporary permit holder planning an event within the DORA boundaries must complete an application. Temporary permit holders are subject to the same laws and rules as any other D Class permit holder. They cannot block the entrance or exit to the DORA or any other liquor permit premises located within the boundaries.
Within the DORA boundaries, temporary permit holders can sell alcohol-containing drinks in locally approved DORA cups for consumption in and outside its premises. But temporary permit holders cannot allow people to bring their DORA drinks from other DORA designated permit holders into their event.
Main Street Barberton sells DORA cups to businesses and or events that have the appropriate permitting and a completed and approved DORA application.
